Múzsa On The Road #2 - Moebius Milano

Our "Múzsa on the Road" event series continues – next stop: Milan! Our head bartender, Ádám Rédli, accompanied by fellow bartender, Anett Schurina, are on the road again, this time headed to the capital of aperitivo. 

Ádám and Anett are invited for a guest shift at MŒBIUS Milano, a gastro-cultural entertainment space in the buzzing heart of Milan, consisting of an experimental restaurant, tapas bistro and cocktail bar, named #2 Italian Bar of the Year in 2021.

Moebius Milano opened its doors in 2020. Owner Lorenzo Querci was inspired by the many countries that impressed him, from Hong Kong to Spain. Run by two Michelin star chef, Enrico Croatti, the building hosts two restaurants, Moebius Tapa Bistrot and Moebius Sperimentale. The two completely different cuisines are completed by a concrete Cocktail Bar with over 300 references of liquors and spirits and a vinyl store created in collaboration with the nearby Massive Music Store. With frequent hosting of guest bartenders from all over the world, Moebius Cocktail Bar is an important location for the bar scene in Milan and it was named #2 Italian Bar of the Year in 2021.

Positioning itself to be recognized as one of the best bars in the world, MÚZSA’s cocktail menu was carefully crafted by Head Bartender Ádám Rédli, who brings World's Best Bar expertise to MÚZSA. With experiences from London’s top tier bars such as Café Royal, The Mayfair and Langham Hotel's Artesian, which was the legendary four-time winner of 50 Best Bars, Ádám is a real globetrotter on the international bar scene. Mixology being his true passion, Ádám believes that the most important qualities are precision, consistency and uniqueness.

One of our craftspeople, Bartender Anett Schurina, is also known as our very own muse behind the bar. Anett's vivacious personality and cheerful spirit radiates through the bar and won many guests over in her career, just like her expertly mixed artful creations.
