We are rolling out the red carpet for our next Muse of the Month event to welcome Erik Lorincz, World Class Bartender of the Year 2010, former head bartender at The Savoy’s American Bar (overseeing its rise to The World’s Best Bar in 2017), and current co-owner of Kwānt in London - #31 on the coveted World’s 50 Best Bars list. 

His precise, Japanese-inspired service techniques, creativity and flair made Erik Lőrincz an icon in the craft cocktail world internationally and often we can see him appear on movie sets as well as on fashion brand campaigns. 

We’re thrilled to be able welcome him behind the MÚZSA bar for an unforgettable night, courtesy of London Essence Hungary and Spirit Hub.

About Erik Lorincz 

“Slovakian bartender Erik Lorincz is one of the best-travelled and most experienced purveyors of cocktail craft on the planet.” – says 50 Best Bars. World Class bartender of the Year 2010, Erik’s first foray into the world of hospitality started in a pub, in his native city of Nitra. As a rising talent, he worked his way up through all positions in the coming years. For eight years, Erik also held the position of head bartender at The Savoy’s famous flagship, the American Bar, overseeing its rise to victory to World’s Best Bar in 2017.

While curating the perfect bar, Erik Lorincz hand-picked materials and ideas from inspirational bars and designs during his travels around the globe. Kwãnt features a sophisticated menu with a selection of vintage cocktails for those who favour the classics, as well as an array of more innovative, modern aperitifs, showcasing Erik’s creativity. It’s this stunning balance of style and substance which earnt Kwãnt the London Essence Best New Opening award in 2020.
